ü     Introduction of a product to the North American market along with the introduction of new technology and the arrangement of the necessary manufacturing facilities.  It was the complete positioning of a German corporation in North America, since the company was not present before this time.  

ü     Preparation of a market analysis and assistance in the selection process for the European partner of a US company in the power train market. 

ü    Development of a strategy to address the North American market for a German automotive supplier. 

ü    Establishment of the market presence and negotiation of a manufacturing joint venture for a German automotive supplier.

ü     Positioning of a German automotive supplier in the North American market with application engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing. 

ü     Reorganization of a flight school operation in the US. 

ü     Assistance with the reorganization of a corporate flight department of the US company. 

ü     Assistance in defining and satisfying the corporate travel needs of a US subsidiary of a German corporation.
